Who am I?

My name is Natalie Butler and I am the founder of Glow Up Society LLC.

I am a Certified Nutrition Coach and Weight Loss Specialist helping women reach their goal weight through simple nutrition, mindset and lifestyle changes so they can lose the weight and keep it off!

In 2007, I lost 66lbs following a diet and plan that were unsustainable and unrealistic but I thought I was being “healthy.”

I ended up regaining the weight and felt like the biggest failure ever. 

I started to hide. I didn’t want anyone to see me because I hated what I saw in the mirror.

Over the course of 10 years, I’ve tried all types of things to lose weight from detoxes, teas, caffeine pills, carb blockers, appetite suppressants, intermittent fasting, low carb diet, keto diet, and anything that promised fast and easy weight loss because the truth was I didn’t trust myself.

I didn’t think I could actually lose weight so I was looking for something that was quick so I wouldn’t have to invest my time and risk feeling like a failure all over again.

All that sh*t did was make me feel like a bigger failure because NONE of it worked 😤

After sitting up in a hotel room, I realized I didn’t need to do HALF of what I was doing.

I was over complicating the process and killing my own confidence.
